This site belongs to Burcin Gulyasar who is a computer engineer but, also a talented jewellery designer. It is a personal site that specializes in hand-crafted multi-colored beaded jewellery using quality products, such as Swarovski crystals, Japanese seed beads and many other quality products we find from all over the world.

How can I order the accessories that I like?
First, you should register this site. When you login, you will see all the products that we have and you can add them to your cart. After that, you will approve your cart by using Approve Cart button. If you want to remove or update this product, you can use Remove or Update buttons. After approving your cart, you will see your order(s) in your customer zone.

Is there any registration fee?
Registration to burchin.com is easy and free! Anybody can become a member and shop in our site. Please follow the "I'm a new user" link to sign-up. After filling in a short form, you can start to use your account. Also, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided.

You can update your personal information at the Customer Zone. You will see your Customer Information at the right of the page. By using the Edit button near to it, you can change your details.

You can reach to your personal account details by using Customer Zone tab. At the customer zone you can track down your order, besides you can also see your previous order(s), read your messages and edit your personal information.

How long does it take to receive the delivery? Is there a free shipment?
Under normal circumstances, orders within Turkey are delivered in 2-5 work days. International deliveries take 7-15 work days. There can be a free shipment upon your order's quantity and price.

Can I cancel my order? Is there a time limit?
You cannot cancel your order, however you can return an item that you are unsatisfied with, for details please check the return and warranty conditions .

Can I see other people's wish lists?
Yes, you can see other people's wish list from My Wish List tab. When the page is loaded, you will see the search box at the right of the page. You can search by entering your friend's name or surname to see her/his wish list.

I tried to retrieve my password but I still didn't get any e-mail? What will I do?
First, please make sure that you had entered the correct e-mail address. Sometimes, e-mail messages may take longer than expected to reach due to high network traffic. But, if you believe that there is a problem, please do not hesitate to contact with our support department at support@burchin.com.

What are the return and warranty conditions?
Please unpack and control the delivery in accompany of the delivery personnel. In case of any visible damage on the package, do not accept the delivery. In such a case, our customers should sign the shipment record accordingly and within two days time send an information e-mail to support@burchin.com. In case the customer accepts the delivery, the cargo service is assumed to accomplish its responsibilities. If the item arrives damaged as a result of our error, it will be replaced with a new one in case it is returned in its original package and in accordance to the policy. You may return any undamaged item within 7 days of delivery. The receipt of the returned items should also be sent to burchin.com. The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.
Please send us a return notice e-mail to the address support@burchin.com. In your e-mail, please state the following information: Order Number, Receipt Number and Date, Model Number of the Item, Date of Delivery, Cause of Return
